Mirasol's Primary Residential Treatment Center

Mirasol's residential eating disorder treatment program for women in Tucson, Arizona, is housed in a large six-bedroom hacienda-style estate with four bathrooms, a great room, dining room, recreation room and swimming pool.

Beamed ceilings, burnt adobe fireplaces, saltillo tile floors, and a center courtyard fountain patio create a picturesque and secluded environment for healing.

Spectacular mountain vistas provide a dramatic setting for meditation and reflecti. Offices and restored treatment cottages that once served as horse stables are located within 75 feet of the main house.

No more than 10 women are in residence at Mirasol at any given time, and all of the women all have semi-private rooms.

Mirasol's Transformational Living Center

The Transformational Living Center is an eight-bed Territorial style home decorated with Talavera tile, rustic hand-painted Mexican furniture, mosaics and punched tin mirrors.

TLC is founded upon the same principles of integrative medicine as our primary treatment center, with additional emphasis on group therapy and "real world" practical skills the client will be able to take with her in recovery. Daily schedules are carefully tailored to the individual's needs, and modified to incorporate part-time work, school or volunteer opportunities as she progresses on her path to full recovery.

Located in a secluded residential neighborhood in central Tucson, it's within easy walking distance of shopping and public transportation to off-site meetings, work or volunteer sites and the University of Arizona.
